Our guides are built on a combination of in-depth research, feedback from real pet owners in our reader community, insights from experienced pet-care colleagues, and where possible, hands-on product analysis. We don’t pull our recommendations from a manufacturer’s spec sheet or a single Amazon listing, we look at the full picture before we put our name on something.
